For the full replacement of Culvert C27106 located on Wellington Road 27 between Wellington Road 124 and Guelph-Eramosa Sideroad 10 in the Township of Guelph-Eramosa in the County of Wellington as described hereafter. The work includes the complete removal of the existing concrete structure, the supply and placement of new reinforced concrete rigid frame box culvert, concrete retaining walls, roadway reconstruction including granular and asphalt, steel beam guiderail installation and other miscellaneous work.
