Sealed proposals, in envelopes clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the County of Wellington, Treasury Department , County Administration Centre (Main Floor) at 74 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario, up
to, but no later than, 2:00:59 pm on  Friday July 22, 2016

for the Western Ontario Wardens’ Caucus Economic Development Strategic Action Plan.

Proposals will be opened in public at 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday July 21, 2016.Proposals will be acknowledged as received at the public opening, and prices will not be announced at the opening.  Your proposal pricing is to be held firm for a minimum of ninety (90) days.

Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submissions in the manner and time prescribed. It shall
be the responsibility of the proponent to ensure that their submission is delivered to the location indicated in the bid documents and the risk of submissions not being received by the County of Wellington will be borne by the
tenderer. Submissions delivered by hand to the specified location are strongly recommended at all times.
