The intent of this bid call is to obtain offers to perform all works required to remove and replace the existing roof assemblies over the Court House simultaneously with replacement of all roof levels at the Old Gaol House located at the County of Wellington (“Owner”), Administration Centre, 74 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario, for a Stipulated Price contract in accordance with the contract documents. A mandatory bidders meeting will take place on Thursday, April 12 commencing at 10:00 am SHARP on site.
