ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Tuesday March 19, 2024. A Mandatory site meeting will be held on Tuesday March 5, 2024 starting at 10:00 a.m. at 576 Woolwich Street, Guelph.
