The intent of this Prequalification Call is to obtain a list of prequalified General Contractors with Construction Management Experience and Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to complete projects in the following categories - New Construction and Historical and Heritage Renovations, Repairs and Restoration for The Corporation of the County of Wellington (the “Owner”), 74 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario for the time period of 2018 to December 31, 2020 with the option to extend for an additional 2 years (2021-2022) |
