ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Friday May 2nd, 2025.

For the replacement of Culvert C101000 on Wellington Road 10 between Wellington Road 7 and James Street as described hereafter.  The work includes the complete removal of the existing concrete structure, the construction of a new reinforced concrete structure, the construction of concrete retaining walls, and roadway reconstruction including granular, asphalt pavement, steel beam guide rail and other miscellaneous work.
