Description:  The intent of this RFP is to select a proponent for the provision of curbside collection of waste and recyclables as per the entire scope of work referred to as CW2019-020 Curbside Collection of Waste, Organics and Recyclables for The Corporation of the County of Wellington (the “Owner”) for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract
Documents.
