ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Tuesday December 12th, 2024. The County of Wellington is seeking a contractor to supply and install an Access Control System at multiple housing buildings as specified in this Request for Proposal. A mandatory Information Session for Contractors will be held for each site on Tuesday November 26th, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the main floor lounge of 165 Gordon Street in Fergus. A detailed agenda and itinerary will be distributed during the meeting. This will be the sole opportunity the Proponents will have to examine existing conditions during the Proposal preparation period. |
