ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday April 30, 2026 for the heat pumps and air handlers at various townhouse units located at 440 King Street East in Mount Forest, Ontario. A Mandatory Site meeting will be held Thursday April 16, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. on site. Note this project requires statutory lien payment holdback (10%) and deficiency holdback (5%) with a 24 month warranty period.
