Sealed proposals, in envelopes clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the County of Wellington, Treasury Department , County Administration Centre (Main Floor) at 74 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario, up to, but no later than, For Construction Management services for the Drayton Garage for the County of Wellington Roads Department. The site is located at 7525 Sideroad 16, Township of Mapleton, Ontario A MANDATORY Site Meeting will be held at the Site of the Work on Wednesday February 1, 2017 commencing at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Representatives for All invited Construction Management Proponents must attend to familiarize themselves with the site, the previously completed site preparatory work, and the adjacent Municipal Facilities that must remain fully operational throughout the duration of this Construction Contract. Major Sub-trades as listed in this document are also encouraged to attend but their attendance is not mandatory. The following firms are prequalified to submit a Construction Management Proposal for this project –
