ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Tuesday April 9, 2024. This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is an invitation by The County of Wellington (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to prequalify licensed consulting firms to provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services for the pre-engineering, detailed design, preparation of contract documents, site supervision services and contract administration services for various projects throughout the County of Wellington. This RFPQ is issued as part of County of Wellington’s climate change mitigation plan which targets a 10% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from all corporate sources by 2030. Options analysis should be included in pre-engineering and design brief which compares business as usual, moderate greenhouse gas emissions and/or energy reduction, and high greenhouse gas emissions and energy reduction. Questions related to this RFPQ may be submitted via the Bidding System using the Submit a question feature. |

The County reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any proposal. By responding to this RFPQ, the proponent agrees that the decision of the County is final and binding and will not be subject to review. Debriefs will not be provided.
