Sealed Tenders, in envelopes clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Treasury Department, Purchasing and Risk Management Services, County of Wellington, 74 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 3T9, up to, but not later than, 2:00:59 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2015 for Wellington Road 8 at Wellington Road 12, Roundabout Construction, Township of Mapleton, in the County of Wellington as described hereafter.
