Tender for Mount Forest Housing 4 Plex - Project Number CW2019-037 (Part A and Part B) ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 3:00:59 p.m. on Tuesday October 1st, 2019. This tender is a two (2) part submission. Only prequalified contractors who have submitted by the cut-off time for PART A – will qualify to submit pricing required in PART B. (refer to section 5. 1 . 2 – Submissions on Page 10 for instructions) The intent of this bid call is to obtain offers to perform all works required to construct a 4 unit townhouse complex at 440 King Street East in Mount Forest, Ontario in accordance with the contract documents.
