ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday August 29, 2024 For the relining of Salem Creek Culvert (C180210) including supply and installation of a new liner pipe, grouting of the annular space between the receiving / host culvert and trenchless installation of a new relief pipe as described hereafter.
