Prequalification documents may be submitted by facsimile, electronic mail or in envelopes (all envelopes must be clearly marked as to contents), and will be received by the Treasury Department, Purchasing and Risk Management Services, County of Wellington, 74 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 3T9, up to, but no later than 2:00:59 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2016
to be included on the County of Wellington’s list of prequalified contractors to complete work for the replacement and/or repair/rehabilitation of bridges and culverts on County roads or under the management of the County for maintenance purposes as described hereafter for the time period of 2016 to 2017.
