ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 For the supply and placement of approximately 13,015 tonnes of HL-4 asphalt, 6,970 tonnes of shoulder gravel or RAP, and the milling (not including lap joint millings) of approximately 1,930 m2 of existing County roads in the County of Wellington as described hereafter.
