ELECTRONIC RFI SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the electronic bidding system, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Wednesday October 7, 2026. This RFI is scoped to the call bell / nurse call solution and staff handhelds/wearables only. Infrastructure (cabling, wireless backbone) is being addressed separately through the RFP and is not part of this document. The sections below describe what the County needs. Treat this as a starting point for a conversation about what's actually available, not a specification to match exactly. This is not a tender process. The RFI seeks information that will assist the County in determining its requirements for a child care billing software. Following this RFI, the County will decide on what procurement process it will follow, if any. |
