ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday June 13th , 2024. The County of Wellington is seeking a qualified professional Photovoltaic Solar System companies to complete the work as specified in this Request for Proposal. A mandatory site meeting for Proponents will be held for each site on Thursday May 30, 2024 at 10:00 am at 387 Waterloo Avenue in Guelph and will then move on to the next site location. A detailed agenda and itinerary will be distributed during the meeting. This will be the sole opportunity the Proponents will have to examine existing conditions during the Proposal preparation period. Proposals will not be accepted from Proponents who have not attended the mandatory site meeting. |
