ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday April 25, 2024. To perform all works required to remove and replace existing “flat” roof assemblies and associated components at 387 and 411 Waterloo St, in Guelph in accordance with detailed specifications.
A mandatory site meeting will be held on Tuesday April 16th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. The Windows and Doors are to be replaced in the Spring of 2024, coordination of Start Date will be dependent on completion of completion of this work.
