ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on on Monday November 9th, 2026 The County of Wellington is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to conduct a comprehensive service delivery review of programme accessibility and equitable service delivery standards across divisions within Social Services - Children’s Early Years, Housing Services, and Ontario Works. The goal is to identify systemic barriers, ensure alignment with the Ontario Human Rights Code, and provide evidence-informed recommendations to foster inclusive, high-quality interactions which ensure equitable access and positive outcomes for all service users. |
