ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026 for the replacement of Culvert C100970 on Wellington Road 10 between Concession Road 6 and Concession Road 8 as described hereafter. The work includes the complete removal of the existing concrete structure, the construction of a new cast-in-place concrete box culvert, construction of new cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, roadway reconstruction including granular and asphalt, steel beam guide rail and other miscellaneous work.
