for labour, material, equipment and transportation necessary for Electrical Contracting , General Contractors and Plumbing Contractors as per specified requirements in accordance with Appendix A  - Schedule of Rates 2016 to 2019.  Prices as noted will be extended to all County Departments and properties as well as Guelph Non-Profit Housing Corp.
