ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Wednesday October 30th, 2024.
A non-mandatory site meeting for Proponents will be held for each site on Wednesday October 9, 2024, at 10:00 am at 411 Waterloo Avenue in Guelph and will then move on to the next site location. A detailed agenda and itinerary will be distributed during the meeting. This will be the sole opportunity the Proponents will have to examine existing conditions during the Proposal preparation period. Although it is a non-mandatory site meeting, it is strongly encouraged to visit the properties to familiarize themselves with the locations on all relevant equipment and site conditions. |
