ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Tuesday May 5th, 2026. Provided that all approvals are in place, the County of Wellington (County) intends to enter into a contractual arrangement(s) for curbside collection of waste materials, including but not necessarily limited to garbage, organics, recyclables, leaf and yard waste, and Christmas Trees (Services) from designated collection areas within the County of Wellington. Collection area(s) may be collected on a weekly basis or a bi-weekly basis (every other week), as identified in the Statement of Annual Prices. All waste materials are to be delivered directly to waste management facilities designated or approved by the County.
The Contract will be for a seven (7) year term, commencing July 1, 2028, with the option to renew for three (3) one-year terms at the County’s discretion |
