ELECTRONIC RFI SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the electronic bidding system, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday May 23, 2024. The County of Wellington (“County”) is seeking information in the form of a request for information (RFI) from prospective vendors experienced in offering a billing solution for childcare services. The objectives of the RFI are to obtain a broad overview of what is available in the marketplace, therefore the technical specifications are included as an expression of intent. This is not a tender process. The RFI seeks information that will assist the County in determining its requirements for a child care billing software. Following this RFI, the County will decide on what procurement process it will follow, if any. |
