ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. For the supply and placement of approximately 52,300 metres of blow and seal crack repair is required that consists of cleaning the cracks with a hot compressed air and sealing the cracks with a hot poured rubberized bituminous sealant as per OPPS.MUNI 341 as well as the specifications outlined herein. The Contract shall be for an initial two (2) year period with fixed pricing. The County reserves the right to extend the contract an additional three (3) one-year terms, under the same terms and conditions, based on satisfactory performance and successful price negotiation in accordance with relevant CPI rates. The successful contractor agrees to extend contract pricing to the County’s seven Member Municipalities (Town of Erin, Town of Minto, Township of Centre Wellington, Township of Guelph-Eramosa, Township of Mapleton, Township of Puslinch, Township of Wellington North) and participating members of the Guelph Cooperative Purchasing Group.
