| Description: |
To select a qualified consultant to conduct Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and possibly Energy Audits of up to 24 buildings owned and operated by Non-Profit and Co-operative Housing located within the boundaries of the County of Wellington. The number of buildings the County intends to perform audits on is contingent on the available budget. The County is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide consulting services to perform ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audits for the same group of HP buildings as outlined in Appendix A. The purpose of the assessments is to identify areas for reducing energy consumption, cost savings and potential energy rebates.
