ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday December 11, 2025. for the Reconstruction of Main Street, Palmerston in the County of Wellington as described hereafter. The work comprises of the Reconstruction of Main Street, Palmerston in the County of Wellington as follows: Soil Excavation, Storm Sewer, Culvert Replacements, Granular Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Concrete Sidewalks, Pavement Markings, Streetlighting, Cold Planing. The Approximate Quantities of the Main Items are as follows: Soil Excavation 34,500 m3 Granular Materials 73,300 Tonne Hot Mix Asphalt 7,500 Tonne Asphalt Boulevards and Islands 850 m2 Trackless Tack Coat 63,550 m2 Storm and Sanitary Structures 121 Each Storm Sewers/Culverts (All Sizes) 2,520 m Sanitary Sewer (All Sizes) 820 m Watermain 1,800 m Concrete Curb and Gutter 5,410 m Concrete Sidewalk 8,820 m Concrete Roundabout 500 m2 Pavement Markings 9,700 m
and all other work necessary for a complete job in accordance with the details set more specifically hereafter and as shown on the accompanying Contract Plans. |
