Tenders, via email to purchasing@wellington.ca or fax 519.837.1909, or in sealed envelopes, will be received by the Treasury Department, Purchasing & Risk Management Services Division, County of Wellington Administration Centre, 74 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 3T9, up to, but no later than, 2:00:59 p.m. on: Tuesday November 15, 2016 for the supplying of envelopes, complete as specified in the accompanying specifications. Proposals will be received by the County of Wellington, Treasury Department, Purchasing and Risk Management Services, on behalf of the Guelph Cooperative Purchasing Group and the Cooperative Purchasing Group of Waterloo Region. Tender opening is not available to the public. The intent is for the participating agencies to report the results to their respective committees and councils and to make the award immediately thereafter. It is anticipated that the Guelph Cooperative Purchasing Group can be in a position to make the award by approximately mid December 2016.
