The County of Wellington has issued Project No. CW2013-003 - a tender for the Renovations and Addition to the Fergus Library, located at 190 St. Andrew Street W., Fergus, On. Work to include the demolition of the addition to the building, renovations to the Carnegie portion of the Library and a new 10,000 sq.ft. addition to the building along with site amenities. A Mandatory Bidders Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, July 25, 2013 commencing at 10:00 a.m. on site.
